Serra v St Pierre
 
I bet Dana White was crapping his pants when Serra won. He has no idea how he is going to sell a Matt Hughes-Matt Serra pay-per-view.
 
Sell Matt Hughes Vs. Matt serra??...are you serious??? matt hughes is the greatest welterweight of all time and has a HUGE fan base...that fight won't be nearly as hard to sell as the GSP V. Serra fight...even though everyone got their money's worth!!! Last night everything fell into place and now Hughes is sitting in very good position to regain his title from serra, and then have what i think will be the fight of the year with GSP sometime at the end of 07 for his first title defense of his 3rd reign as WW champion!!
 
Was a pretty good fight, I thought he had a shot the whole time even though GSP is pretty bad ass. Anyhow, I was a little disappointed in the Koscheck fight, that should have been a war and ended up being a flop.
 
Sanchez is dangerous enough that Koscheck played it safe and he accomplished exactly what he wanted to do. I agree, it was a boring fight but was happy to see Sanchez lose it.
 
Lefler168 Im just saying it would have been easier for him to sell a hughes-gsp fight. Serra wont get that lucky again.
 
Best fight of the night was the two Mexicans goin at it with one gettin his ass kicked and laughing about it. Serra def. looked tough everyone knew he had heavy hands, and boy did he rock him. Hughes sure looked happy hes not gonna have to fight GSP again, Although I think Koscheck should def. be in the next fight for the #1 contender against someone in the next couple of fights.
 
Serra surprised me in this one. Koscheck & Sanchez played it safe and made for a very boring fight. I agree with Renobber, Huerta vs Garcia stood out as the best fight of the night. It has to be frustrating to hit someone that hard and see them smiling. Luke Cummo surprised me with how far he has come and Kendall Grove fought well too! Overall, good night of fights.

I know it is a tough division but I think Grove has what it takes to take that title in the next year or so. He really impresses me with his striking and that lengthy frame makes him hard to fight
 
Well Dana figured out how to sell the fight, by making hughes and serra coaches for the next ultimate fighter tv show. I knew he would have to do something.
