I have to agree with ya River bottom,it is crap.If they don't get there tags then they should have to wait just like everyone else.The state governing bodies need to tell USO to quit snivilin like a 2yr old in need of a diaper change.No offense to the young uns,my itty bitty is only 16mos.

Apparently the suit was won by USO in AZ and they are continueing to file in other States.
The ramifications of this appear to be a real kick in the teeth for the residents of AZ. It's hard to say where this will end up, but it's obvious the hunting community is going to pay the price for USO's GREED.
I read that USO's sponsors, such as Realtree and other top name companies are dropping USO as fast as they can.
I'm not exactly sure how the legal end progressed in this suit, but it would be nice to know where the Mid-Western States stand.

Sounds like Real Tree has the right idea.Alot of people do look at outfitters to see the reputation that they have with others andI for one wouldn't even consider USO after the crap that they have pulled.If they can't get the business then all those extra tags are not gonna do them one bit of good at all.
It steams me to the hilt when others try to take off of the rioghts taht the folks that have been living there to satisfy their own finacial gains and profit margin.

I agree with the other posters, definately a load of crap.
I have no idea of the details of the court ruling in Az. I wonder if increasing the number of non res elk permits by two would satisfy the courts??? Say... maybe, two cow only tags in a special archery only hunt. Possibly, on a lone sand dune in the desert
