Vane Colors

I'm in the process of chaning out my duravanes to something else. I'm not sure what I'll end up for sure. But in the meantime, I want to change my color scheme as well. What colors work well for you guys or what do you like?? I don't really care about being stylish in the tree, so if I even went with a 3 color scheme that would be fine with me.

Thanks

Xtec,
I am always looking for increased visibility and white/white wraps has served me well, however, I have recently swiched to flo yellow blazers with flo yellow blazer wraps and they absolutely glow. I love them. The orange looks great as well. I have six of each. I don't see reds as well so the flo yellow works a little better.

My setup is alot like ghost except I have 2 white vanes and 1 bright orange. This is the best combo for me to follow through the air. Good Luck.

I've always liked the white vanes, but a bright yellow or orange is pretty easy to see as well.

One of my best years ever I made arrows with red, white and blue feathers with a white crown dip, with a red, white and blue crest on cedars.....looked pretty awesome

I think I may go the easier route and not go wraps. They look sweet, but it's just the added cost I don't really need. Thanks for the input fellas! I'm thinking about running with Blazers...2 flo orange and 1 flo yellow. Or 1 flo orange, 1 flo yellow and one white. The 2nd setup should get me through most every weather scenario we have up here in MN. From early season to late with snow.

Thanks

Nice, Matt!

Actually, a similar topic came up in conversation last night at archery league. I was talking with another guy about what vane colors are easiest to see when looking for a lost arrow and he said that he thought blue was.

My plan is to just keep shooting vertical pass-through shots on whitetails so that I never have to go look for a lost arrow.

Ok...so I found a place to buy the Blazer vanes, but they offer 18 different colors! Great...more indecision. lol I'm going to leave off a bunch of the colors only because I know I wouldn't want to go with them(they include brown, green, clear, etc..). Out of the ones you see, give me your opinions on which to buy. I wouldn't be against a 3 color setup if I found 3 solid colors. Any thoughts on Neon versus Flo?

neon green, neon yellow, neon orange, flo orange, flo yellow, flo red, hot pink, white and blue.

Thanks!
