Venison processing and Euro mount

I picked up a beef at the Tipton Locker yesterday afternoon. I was surprised to see that he offers to do a Euro prep on your deer head for $100 if you have them process your deer. FYI, for those in the area. Not sure I've seen another locker offer this.

Just curious of the quality of the product. I haven’t been there in several years since the previous owner sold. I had heard from a few people the product was lacking. Let me know what you think.

This is the second beef the new owner has done for us and we have been satisfied with the previous one. This one was an old stock cow so we had the majority of it ground which ran up the bill, but I was expecting as much. More work to cut/grind/tube. Got some ribeye, sirloins and NY strips from it as well.

I did see some Euros in the back room and they looked good, but I haven't had one of those done there.

No, I haven't had venison processed anywhere lately. We quit eating it and I give it away, usually pretty easy to find a taker, even unskinned. Tipton was getting deer in when I dropped off the cow two weeks ago and people were picking up venison when I was there yesterday, so someone must be happy with the job they do.
