Don't laugh this was my first ever attempt at editing. This stuff is definitely not easy. Took around 5-6 hours to get a 20min clip down to 8 or 9 minutes, add/edit music, transitions, etc. It's unreal the time you can put into this and all the stuff you can do. At least I found something to keep me busy for the next few months.

Quality is good if you watch in HD. Enjoy.

Powerdirector 8 Ultra. It's the only software I've ever used and I'm very happy with it. Some of the transitions are cheesy but I wasn't being to critical just wanted to play around with the first one I did.

I for one am impressed! Too bad you couldn't have got the 'money shot' on camera, but since the camera man was shooting that's the way it goes sometimes.

I've been wanting to try this and was wondering.....a lot of these videos that i see have an instrumental only 'song' like the one you had at the very beginning. Where do you come up with those? Is there a place on iTunes that just has an assortment of them. Obviously I have no idea of the 'name' of them or who records them, so I would think that would be a challenge to find them....at least without not knowing where to look.

Again, nice work & thanks for sharing!!

Yeah the money shot would have been nice. I had it all set and moved before I grabbed the gun and then zac decided to zoom in and not look at it again.:thrwrck: Oh well I'm just glad I can finally get these clips off my camera and onto something that I can share with friends and family. It will sure be fun to watch 20 yrs from now.

There's a few different sites that give you free music. I just did a search and found this one. www.incompetech.com Then click on royalty free music.

Very cool thanks for sharing:way:

I think some movement int dekes would have brought him in closer;)

Cooter,

Have you used the 360 with any of your DSD decoys?

T

Yes I have. I cut one of the metal stakes shorter since the one that comes with the 360 wont fit. I slid the rubber stopper up on the stake so it went up inside the decoy.

Cool video. I would say you are well on your way to putting together some great stuff as you continue to move forward. i have seen plenty that people try to and sell that you completely blow away.

Did you just cut a couple of grooves at the bottom to fit into the 360?
