Video stills of a buck I hit this past season

I rattled in this buck on Nov 2, 2003. I had a perfect 20 yard broadside shot, but hit about three inches to the left of where I aimed, getting about 8 inches of penetration in the shoulder. After about 45 minutes, we went looking for him. We looked and looked for days but no deer. I'm still combing the area looking for the carcass. Really bummed me out. I just paused my video camera and took a picture of my TV with my digital camera. The shadow in the first picture is my top bow limb. The buck had a BIG body, he's soaken wet in the picture because it was raining

Nice buck Jody. You know, there is a good chance you may come across his sheds and him being a little smarter next fall. I hammered a deer last year of what I thought was a seemingly great shot only to find his shed in Feb. He avoided that tree like the plague this year but evolved into a great buck.
