You can't here...it's too large. Streaming a video takes up bandwidth and webhosts charge for that. You'll have to post the link to the video. If you have the video on your computer then you have to find a webhost, upload the video to the host, then post the link to the video. This link will get you started.

we can support the download of video clips on the server - make sure they are as compressed as possible then upload them to the video section in the Gallery
