me and my buddy go to rathbun every weekend and walleye fish. is there any way we can fish the river below the dam and not get so many snags? and is there any baits besides minnows that work well for these fish. and while we were there we caught maybe 2 keepers out of close to 30 fish, should we move closer to the fast moving water?
