when you harvest them, pluck them or breast them. I used to soak them in hot water and then plucked them but my last few birds I just take the breast meat out and the drums. What do you do?
I usually just skin them, plucking is too much work. I know an old farmer who likes the legs and thighs so I always save them for him. I keep the good breast meat!
