What Flower Is This?

Had these coming up all over my farm and wonder what you experts think it is? Can't seem to find it in any book I have? :thrwrck:

I have these at my place too and often wondered, my m-in-law always called them "jack in the pulpit" but I always thought that was wrong...it looks to be trillium http://www.finegardening.com/plantguide/trillium-recurvatum-prairie-trillium.aspx

Prairie Trillium - Trillium recurvatum

Deer will top them off but there are usually so many that it has no effect on the overall population.
