what to do?

I own 20 acres of timber that is part of 75 acres of timber total. I live 1 hr away from the ground. My ground is land locked but has most of the access to the crop fields. I get along great with the other owner of the timber and one of the two crop owners. My problem is, the other crop owner and his friends hunt, and trespass. We have found 3 stands in our timber alone the past 2 seasons (not real great ones). We found one dead basket 8 and a dead doe this yr. How can I keep people like this off my gnd? In the past, the dnr officer lived very close and kept a good eye on it, now the new dnr officer is great but just stretched too thin covering 2 counties. These people seem to have no issues with what they do and being absentee from the ground makes it hard to catch them red handed. What to do???

I would say the best you can do is talk to the BAD crop owner, tell him any stands on your land you will own! You have cameras up(wether you do or not!) and you will prosecute tresspassers!!!!

Talk to them first, post it no trespassing, etc. Then if that doesn't work, put up a few cameras, catch them that way.
