I've been hearing a lot of gobbling this week. Both when they are going to roost and in the morning.
Sweet, sweet, music to the ears!! :drink1:

Have the rest of you been hearing them? I saw two Toms strutting a week and a half ago too. Man, I am getting the itch!
 
I'm heading to south Texas Wednesday morning for a couple of days of scratching and I'm finally excited. Sweet, sweet sound!
 
Ive got to birds down on film in Nebraska and it sure took the itch off i hope the best of luck to all you Iowa hunters i cant wait to see some more dead birds!!!
 
I am going on my 18th year chasing them and I still am running around like a little kid with excitement getting everything ready. I don't even know where I am going yet, I love hunting!!!!
 
been out just about every morning for the past week and a half..... and will be for the next two weeks solid!!! Kinda pumped about that....

they are getting their strut on!
 
It's really been fun listening to them gobble to the thunder the last couple of nights. lol
