Looks like a right handed shooter that is left eye dominant and whom has probably figured out her own way to shoot using that dominant eye. I guess I don't see anything wrong with that. Is there something else in the picture that we missed?

I know its not proper form, but she has to be comfortable shooting like that. Its all in what works, maybe she's stronger in the one eye, who knows?
