When to mow clover plot

When you guys are killing off the clover to use as nitrogen, are you spraying it and tilling or disking under or just tilling or disking? What's the process?

Spraying it is the best way as clover has nine lives, very difficult to just kill with tiling under...most likely youll have some that survives....spray, til ground, spread seed, pray for rain!
Sligh had a post from last year where he sprayed his clover, spread seed, then ran over it with a cultimulcher and had good results....but in that scenario in would all depend on rain fall
