Who used a Muddy safety harness in 09'?

I picked up a HSS vest for last season and am currently looking at the Muddy harness. Just wanted to know people's thoughts on them and how comfortable it was. I wear my harness under my outer layer and the HSS just felt too bulky. I am about ready to sell my HSS vest and put in an order from Boyd. I guess I just need a couple of positive comments on the Muddy product before I buy one.

You must have read my mind as I was about to start a thread wanting to hear some pro's and con's on the Muddy harness also before I run down to see Boyd. Let's hear em!

I purchased one about 3 weeks ago, I have used it several times to hang stands and so far I love it. It goes on easy, and you barely even know you have it on. It doesn't tangle when you take it off like many I've used in the past. It also comes standard with a linesman rope, which is an extra purchase with many of the harnesses. I have not yet used in a hunting situation with full gear on but I don't forsee any problems.

Used one last season and have used it this summer to hang all of our sets. It is very light weight and non-bulky compared to the HSS that I have. Sold the HSS. After you get in the tree and get settled in you really don't even realize you have it on.

I wore under my last layer in the late season and had no issues last year. Like Pete said the Linemans rope is standard with the purchase. Also the tie off rope that attaches to the tree can be adjusted so that you have more slack while in the stand.

I've got the loggy and the muddy. Not a better harness out there imo. Very light and great to wear under your outer layer.

I haven't used the Muddy Harness in a hunting situation yet, but have tried it on multiple times and it is by far the easiest, lightest harness that I've put on. I'm placing an order with Muddy later this week which will include one for sure!
