who's up for a challenge?

We have the 3D course pretty much done. Just have to set up 2 more targets and put out all the stakes. I really like the way it looks. There are a few easy shots and several challenging ones, and a few real tough ones. At least from my point of view. We also set up a couple of fun shots for prizes. I hope we get a bunch of Iowawhitetail members there. It will be good to see guys I met at the classic and put faces on names to guys I havn't met. (cept' for muddy)

. For those that show up you need to seek out Dale Hogenson and Brad Ossmunson and tell them thanks for all their help and generosity. Dale owns Chase The Adventure. He let us use all his equipment to set up the course and has helped us when time allowed him to get away. Brad owns Ozzies Outdoors and has been a huge help all around. He mostly layed out the course and found all the targets we will be shooting, plus helping with setting all the targets up.

Looking forward to it.....Setting up a shoot is a lot of work, If people knew the amount of work that went into these things I could understand why there are only several people that show up to set it up. Many thanks to the crew that made this event possible.

Once again moosehunter, thanks for all your help, I think you've probably earned some free suds for all your work. Will the course be set up and ready to go on Friday afternoon?? I was hoping to shoot it a couple times, once with the recurve and once with the compound is all. Also, are there plenty of backstops cuz I'm a horrible 3D shot and I only have 14 arrows fletched up.

it should be all ready by friday afternoon. i also accidently had a rangefinder with when I was setting targets and accidently got some yardage. i forget what they were but lots of times my memory gets better with cash

I guess I'm S.O.L. more so than usual then. I'll just shoot at the kids stakes instead cuz I'm not paying you diddley squat!!

Where is the shoot at? Might go girlfriend has to work friday might be able to come for awhile. Oh ya, I will be coming from Cedar Rapids how far is it from there?

Bowhunt you're gunna have right around 2 hours from C.R. I believe...give or take depending on how fast you wish to drive.
