We would like to sell our house so we could move to Colorado. We also have 5 acres for sale to build a house on $50k and a 4 plex apartment in Melbourne for $90k.

There's a lot of things that need to fall into place first, but I would love to move out there. Or up there with y'all. When I move Scott you can have my spots for sure. Just a 5 hour drive for ya!
