Well guys and gals...it was a long wait but a new season is here!

Tomorrow morning will find me 25 feet high for my 27th year!

I'm really excited about this season and can't wait to see all you guys/gal in the harvest section.

Good luck, hunt smart, be safe, and take some great field pictures for me!!!

Still love the Jones style hat!

I have a jones style hat just like that worn in my first year of bowhunting - 1973. My wife found it the other day and was about to throw it away. Sure glad I caught her. What a tragedy that would have been.

Man those were the days.

Did you used to stick mallard curlies out the back. I had one and had them all around the back...

I wish I still had that hat.

I still have mine - the curleys are probably with my old hunt logs from grade school - duck hunting before school and after school
