I hope to buy sometime during the next year or so. I want a farn that has some timber (maybe 15-25 percent), come income either crop or Preferably recently renewed CRP and I would like to enhance the remaider with switchgrass/ tree plantings. It also needs to be priced on the lower end. I'm not willing to pay the extra for a turn key farm. I would love to hear your toughts and ideas.
