Was a great time. Don’t wanna stir the pot too badly as I respect everyone’s views on here & like to see folks from all sides on here. There is also a lot of issues in Iowa we need both sides to solve & appreciate the other side of the isle on many hunting & conservation issues!!
With that said- was a great night! One time I’ll wait in lines like this. It did go quick. There was “something” about being here I “can’t explain”. A level of excitement & patriotism that I can’t put into words. It was amazing. Whatever u think of the president- all good in the sphere of diversity here.
I do think most of what he’s done has been astounding & the folks trying EVERYTHING they can to stop him is staggering. & he’s beating them & still has support like no other I can recall. He’s fighting for iowa, loves iowa and loves this country.

I was a kid & saw Bush Sr.... there was no comparison the difference. The message, the crowd, support, love of country- this was awesome & nothing like it. 1 time experience - if u do like him (& again, all good if u don’t - I respect that we all support different folks even if u r wrong ;) ) - you gotta do it once. Great night! USA!

IMHO it's going to be a landslide victory in November. Both the popular vote and electoral college. At his rally in New Jersey 158,000 people requested tickets. 73000 people were identified as Voters. 10% did not vote in 2016 and 26.3% were Democrats:eek:.

I am getting tired of winning.

The Kids get to go?

That is an awesome experience. Anytime you can see a president speak I believe you should seize the opportunity. Can’t imagine a Trump rally as there seems to be so much passion with the supporters that are there! Hopefully they make an Indiana stop like they did 4 years ago.

Trump 2020!

How true, can't believe how much the dems have been doing to find a way to oust him since he took office, their obsession to do it is disgusting and I cant stand them. He's doing what he said he would do before he was voted in, no other president EVER accomplished as much! Always been a conservative and always will be....MAGA and again!

Can you imagine how easy it would be for him to win in 2020 if we had a fair and unbiased Media? A Media that only stated the facts both good and bad. When you listen with a critical ear it is so easy to see. That is one thing I hope one day America can get right. Just give the facts and let the chips fall where they may. I will not hold my breath.............ifyou-dont-stop-lying-turning-point-usa-youll-growuptobe-a-36966562.png

I'm a staunch Conservative. I'm actually a Libritarian more than a Republican. Just had to throw that out there...

I never thought Trump had a shot in 2016, and then I voted for him. HC quite possibly was an anti Christ, and my guy (Rand Paul) dropped out of the race. Unless something dramatically changes, and soon, I'll vote Trump again in 2020.

With that said, if I ever had the opportunity to hear him speak or have a sitdown dinner with the man, I'd decline it, as I can't stomach who he is as a person. I couldn't stomach him in the 20th century either. It embarrasses me that THIS is the type of person we vote into the highest office in our nation. I find it a direct reflection of just how much we as a people have degraded both intellectually and morally. It's sad.

Trump is the lesser of 2 evils, which is unfortunately how I've felt about our final presidential candidates for the past 3 decades. All I can hope for is that he honors and protects the Constitution while he's in office. I don't have to be able to stomach him as a person if he does this.

Trump is the opposite of the engrained political machine that’s dominated politics for decades. He’s blunt, to the point and honest. I’ll take that, and a dinner invitation, in lieu of slick talking liars like Obama, Clintons, Schiff, Pelosi, etc. or clueless progressive leftists like AOC, Talib, Sanders, and Omar.

Had an anti Trumper tell me that Trump hasn’t done a thing for her. My response was he isn’t supposed to, his job is to provide opportunity. It’s your job is to make the best of opportunity.

He’s the first President in my lifetime to do what he said he’d do. The country is safer, more respected and more prosperous than any time in my memory. The bottom line is production. Could care less about his personality, he’s productive.

There’s a difference between managing and leading. Managing is putting pieces in place ; while leading is taking people places they didn’t think they could go. He’s done that on multiple fronts with favorable results for the American public!

Trump 2020

Honest? Oh, you aren't joking... They're ALL liars. Trump just isn't as politically cunning and polished at concealing his lies as the typical career politicians are that we've all become accustomed to.

I agree with most of what you're saying here, however I personally want my presidents and presidential candidates to have a high level of personal integrity and morality, which I believe Trump, and most other modern day candidates, severely lack. It shouldn't be too much for us to require both.

You must be a generation z or millennial. Where has Trump lied to you? How is your life worse under President Trump?

Nope. Didn't take long for the personal jab. Feel better now?

You’re right, I shouldn’t have said that. But again Where has Trump lied to you? How is your life worse under President Trump?

Two different questions.

As far as Trump lying, here's a couple of fairly credible resources for you to review: https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/list/?speaker=donald-trump&ruling=false and https://www.factcheck.org/person/donald-trump/ . I am an American citizen, so if any one of these lying claims is true, then they are where Trump lied to me. I don't have direct access to the President though, and I'm not God, so I can't personally prove if any of these claims are true or false, but I can research the information provided, do additional independent research if necessary, and draw my own conclusions. There are more than a few listed in here that I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Trump lied to me about.

As far as my life being worse under President Trump, 'worse' is a relative term and can't easily be quantified, but I can't say that it has or has not, as a direct result of anything that President Trump has or has not said or done, yet. Time will tell, but it may be well after he has left office before the consequences of his actions or inactions actually affect me personally.

I agree with some, of his policy. Much more so than I did Obama's. Probably much more so than I would have Hilary Clinton's, and ANY of the Socialists, dang I did it again, I mean Dems running this year. For this I am grateful. History will determine if he is/was a good President or not. I still would decline a dinner invite with the guy, and I don't care to see him speak in person. How my President handles himself, his words and actions, matters to me. Not just his policy.

The entire left leaning media is a terrible gauge of Trumps truths or untruths. Previous slick talkers line Obama and Clinton were expert speech givers, choosing their words carefully as you pointed out, but lied and sold this country into socialism and mediocrity with every breath.

Running a country is a tough business and a man like Trump is exactly the right guy to get this nation back on track. Which he has done as exhibited by RESULTS domestically, internationally, militarily, and politically. Dems right now are willing to ignore American improvement on all fronts for personal and party power. Shame.

For what it's worth, I would reject a dinner offer with Clinton on the grounds of the "I did not have sexual relations with that woman." lie alone. And, I'd reject a dinner offer with Obama on account as he's a Socialist and because I paid a little attention in history class. LOL.

I agree the MSM is extremely left leaning and progressive today, and I tried to provide a couple of somewhat unbiased resources in politifact and factcheck, but I can't guarantee either one is completely unbiased. I don't necessarily agree that Trump is exactly the right guy to get this nation back on track, but he's who we have right now and he's not doing a terrible job, as far as his policy goes, yet. Again, like I said, he's probably got my vote again, I just expect more. It's not a bad thing to have higher than average expectations of the figure head leading and representing our country. I challenge us to do better. We deserve better.

Now if we could somehow merge Pence's moral character into Trump's charisma, (call it what you will), THAT would be a president I'd pay money to support, see speak and even share a meal with.
