So where has everyone been seeing the most deer at? Grain, greens, etc.. I've been out almost everyday since the 26th. Have had a fair amount of deer in the grains, but they aren't really feeding much. I'm assuming they are still digging in the greens.

Always used a 3 pin setup the past 18 or so years. Copper John lately on my Mathews. Looking to spend around the 100-125 mark. Want to go to a 4 pin sight possibly 5. Let me hear it.

Look into the Chadron area also. Good public ground there too. Hunted Fort Robinson and Chadron area. Had better luck in Chadron, but that was a few years ago

Went with a buddy tonight, we were roughly 200 yards apart along the same ditch. Got out there round 12:30 and sat till dark, i didnt see a thing but he had action the entire time. Typ 12 came by him at ten yards along with a number of does and 2 smaller bucks. He passed on the 12 (145-150")...

Thanks for the input. Got the spot figured out and cabins reserved. Public land in west central Oklahoma. Should be fun. The final stop will be Florida in a couple years

Got a small group of guys heading down this spring to hunt Rio's. I have a couple spots in mind, but was looking for some decent areas. Anybody have any input on where to go or stay. Thanks

i agree with breiner. Saw 13 deer tonight.. why not get out there and sit in a stand. a few bucks nothing huge but it was better than sitting on the couch.

Im getting ready to buy a angle compensating rangefinder. Was wanting to hear everybody's opinions on the ones that are out there, archers choice, bushnell scout 1000, chuck adams bushnell, leupold.

No its a different model..i have a trophy cam also and it sounds like alot of people have issues with it too.

Im having trouble with my Bushnell trail sentry. Its the camo model that cabelas was selling last summer. for some reason it shuts itself off after i turn it on. i got 400 or more pictures on it the first check this year and the next two times nothing. I go check it and its shut off...

trying the "elimination from the gene pool" thing doesnt work unless your hunting in a 8' high section. See what he can grow the next couple years.
