I know I'm not alone saying I've caught my share of pant legs on barb wire when climbing over a fence. Now think about all the times you've seen white belly hair on the top strand. And deer aren't gingerly climbing over like us. I'm sure it leads to some abscesses and possibly even hernias.

MarkF is right. 62 drew Zone 5 bow tags in 2015 with 2 PP. 136 drew Zone 5 bow tags in 2014 with 2 PP. This is the 1st year no one drew with 2 PP in that zone that I am aware of. If you follow the draw stats for Zone 4, it looks like that will be the case there starting in 2017, as well. For...

Anyone do any hunting at either of these public areas in Decatur County? First time drawing in Zone 4 and will be around these WMA's from 10/31/12 to 11/10/12. To say i'm excited is an understatement. I always love hunting new areas and this will be my first experience hunting Iowa. Funny...
