Back strap recipe

Guys just like most of you I have eaten a ton of venison over the years some good and some not so good....i would like to share a recipe I tried tonight...I would have to say that this is the best back strap I have ever had...

Another good recipe is cover meat in Balsamic Vinegar some garlic and honey. Marinate and grill.
