Deer bone broth braised pot roast

    Big name eh?

    Made a red wine reduced bone broth out of the big femur bones today. Added some crushed peppercorns and all spice, some bay leaves, plus the end of the neck roast for flava. Wasnt real hard and now the bone in neck roast is marinating over night in the fridge. Flipping ever few hours. Tomorrow I'll do a very simple braising then cook normally with onions and garlic bulbs. Plan to shred it and use for baked provolone hoagie sammies.[​IMG]
