With a lot of tree stand time coming up and tags in the pocket, I am hoping a few deer drop over the next week.

What are some easy inner loin recipes that taste darn good?

Looking for something I can do the day/night of shooting the deer and pulling those out before taking the deer to the locker. Nothing beats eating some good deer meat after a long day of hunting!

Any help would be much appreciated! I am looking forward to some good eatin!

Look at Steak Diane. It looks complicated but really isn't. Only a couple of ingredients I don't normally have on hand. You being a young single guy... that might be another story.....

Super simple is to toss them in a can of cream of mushroom soup (made with milk), bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°F, put over baked potatoes, sprinkle grated cheese over it, serve.

My go to is a little butter and onions salt and pepper in a frying pan. Doesn't get much better.

Just slap on the grill and eat as a finger food while skinning and enjoying a cold one!

Like making cheese steaks with them. Sauté peppers, mushrooms, and onions in one pan and fry loins whole on the griddle with only coating of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Fry to medium and chop after letting rest for a few minutes. Combine on toasted hoagie with preferred cheese. Comes together fast, usually under half hour start to finish.

Somebody spilled some guts on them... Almost had to.
I'm never afraid to rinse well if there is any chance of something having gotten spilled.

I always rinse inner loins off asap when I get home or near a hydrant. Saves the taste issue if something gets on them

Cut in bite size pieces, dip in egg, fish breading and seasoning, fry. Wash down with Busch light.

We did beef wellington with one this weekend. Cook onions and mushrooms together in butter, cut the tenderloin in 1.5" pieces. Lightly brown the meat then pile the cooked onions and mushrooms on and wrap in phyllo dough, 20 minutes in the oven at 350.
