Extending seasons on hunting preserves SF 2145

There was a bill similar to this last year. Based on weather game preserves want to extend there season. If the winter is cold so no customers come out they want to be able to sell hunts longer. What I garnered from last years discussion was the upland bird biologists were against this bill because wild pheasants are dispersing for nesting and native birds would be killed.
