fun couple days

So I really havent fished AT ALL this spring- busy with the new house, work and I had my wedding on the 21st last month. But now that things calmed down- I decided to get out on the water. I also thought I would try diddy poles for the first time after watching a few videos- had success after the first try!

first few pics are from normal fishing- flatheads are from diddy poles I checked this AM before work

this is one of the larger crappies I have seen in some time-

This channel cat hammered my mepps spinner

And of course I got thirsty while setting the diddy poles

and a different beverage of choice this AM

checked lines again this AM before work- lots of big channel cats- one nice flathead and few other mediums
