Goose mount is back

Well here it is and needless to say it takes up alot of room. Very pleased with the mount, now if I could just get my deer heads back.

Awesome , I love goose hunting. Never really thought about getting one mounted though, I dont have enough room for it, Looks good with the band on him.

Try some high strength test braided fishing line or some wire to hang him, it will be much harder to see and should be plenty strong.

Boys I tried hanging him with braided and regular fishing line but the part of my drop ceiling I'm hanging it from is so sharp that it cuts it. Some night when I get time I'll take out the panels and put some tape over the edge then the braided line should work. Thanks for the ideas though.

Great mount! Did you get your band info? How old was your goose?

Yeah the band info is back, the goose was banded in 2002 near Bemiji Minnesota. Pretty neat since I shot it in the middle of Manitoba!!
