    We tried this last night. It's kind of an involved recipe, but well worth it. I doubled the recipe for 4 of us and there was barely one serving left.

    I subbed a few things. I put in sambal instead of dried thai chilis. Dont do this.... I knew better, but that made a huge mess with the moisture into the hot oil.
