March 1st 11lb walleye

We made out annual trip north to Lake Winnepeg in search of those beautiful greenbacked walleyes. On the 3rd day of fishing i landed this girl, just short of 29 inches weighing 11 lbs. Released to be caught another day!

Sweet Man, I love the fact you released her. I did the same thing with a fish of a lifetime and got a replica mount.

I caught a 29-1/2" in September from LOTW a couple years ago. I wonder how much that one weighed.

At 29 inches and a prespawn female, I would have actually guessed that she would weigh more than that. I witnessed a 27 incher pulled out that tipped the scales at 10lbs 1oz, so I don't get why you think the weight is exaggerated.
