Outback’s Alice Springs Wild Turkey/ Chicken

    bigbuckhunter88 posted no excuses for not making a post or thread on a wild turkey recipe. Just so happens a few days after tagging the bird “BAM” one showed up on the great web!
    I’ve never had this meal at Outback but it looked very very easy to make.

    Wild turkey on my side and chicken for the Mrs

    I cooked them for 40 minutes to make sure they were completely cooked and the cheese wasn’t added until the last 15 minutes.
    Both birds were very tender and moist.

    Did you wrap the turkey? I never can keep it from drying out without some preventative measure? Maybe I just cook it too long

    No I did not. I followed all directions except time cook time.
