Pope and Young Certified Scorer

I shot my first Pope and Young buck on November 3rd and I already got the mount back. I took the deer to Dan Fiala at Timberline Taxidermy in Solon. He did a great job and very quick for less than $500.

My question is I am having a hard time locating a certified Pope and Young scorer in the Iowa City area. I called a few numbers I pulled from DNR's website but the numbers are disconected or no longer in service. Can anyone recommend a scorer in the Iowa City, Solon, Cedar Rapids area?

Sorry, don't know of any official scorers around you, but you could take it to the iowa deer classic and have it scored and displayed there. Mount looks great though!
 
Any certified Boone and Crockett measurer may score and submit your Pope & Young buck. I, myself am an B&C measurer, BUT I reside in the Council Bluffs area; We're not exactly down the road from one another...

Larry Briney, 319-360-8063. I believe he is in the CR area. Otherwise Randy Templeton is in Blue Grass and is top notch! 563-381-4630.
 
Thanks for the input and suggestions.

Just and FYI-I spoke to Larry Briney last night and he will be at Gander Mountain in Cedar Rapids all day on 3/5 and 3/6 to score for anyone who comes in.

I also spoke to Joe Meder in Solon and he is certified to score. Just make an appointment with him and bring the rack in.
