    I think this is anti-puppy mill stuff. I'm sure if the proposed rules have any bearing on your business you are well aware of them, but those of you who sell a litter of pups once in a while might want to take a look just in case.

    Most of the foundations of great breeds has been done by culling litters. Recent legislation will make a criminal out of a responsible breeder doing such selection. Puppy mills kill all the popular breeds by indiscriminate breeding, IMO.
