What luck have you had with Radix customer support?

I have had a problem with the pics and videos from my cam being too bright and was looking for help. I have not been getting any response.

generally they are pretty good, I know they have been having some hacking issues of late of their website and such... I think boonerville on here is part of their staff? I could be wrong with that too

Good deal. Well if you need any further assistance let me know. I’m not “the” tech guy on the cameras, but I run a lot of them so I have seen pretty much everything they are capable of doing
