Opening morning , Youth hunt Sept 15,2007. Jake shot this buck at 105 paces with a CVA .45 Cal . 255 grn TC maxi ball and 80 grn 777 loose powder.
The bullet took out the bottom of the heart and the deer went less than 20 Yds. This is Jakes biggest buck to date and has 11 points. I told him he has to shoot one bigger with his bow now. Check out the shot placement.
