Another Colorado Trip

Like Headgear said, not a whitetail, but it is technically a deer.
Anyway, first time hunting elk and of course, my first bull. To top it all off, it was with my bow.
Early score grossed at 310 4/8.
A great hunt.

I can see where you would be upset after a bull like that(your nice smile) You just realized at the time of the pic you had a long way to pack him out. That makes the frown justifyable.........

Thanks everyone. The 'smile' is a result of trying to adjust to the altitude and realizing that I now have to figure out how I'm going to get this thing back to civilization.
Trust me, I was very excited about taking a great bull.
