Antlers in pine trees

The deer are just shredding the bottom 4' of the pines this year snce all the ther food is buried. I will definately go out of my way this year to check all pine trees for sheds.

Driving down a gravel road last weekend, I saw a doe off to the side, back in the timber, browsing on a cedar tree.

Same here as well as shrubbery around homes. I've dropped some cedars on a farm years ago during a brutal winter like you guys are experiencing after I seen they were eating them as high as they could. The ice crust around the cedars had blood around them from their legs getting cut. They stripped them in a few days, even some big trees.
