Armed forces redidency for hunting, fishing and trapping SF 280

This is a hold over from last year. It passed the Senate and was placed on the House unfinished business calendar. It has already had a subcommittee meeting this year that recommended passage. In a nut shell it sets very specific rules for military members to hunt in Iowa.

Passed the House 94-1.

Passed the Senate 6/5/20. There was an amendment that the service person's spouse is also eligible to hunt.
