South Dakota is very good at making adjustments to harvest for both fish and game!

They don't need 5 meetings/conferences/studies to make the change. Great state full of wildlife and lowest state taxes in the nation.

I think I read on archerytalk that wisconsin made some big changes. Some counties are buck only now.
