chicory experts?

Went and did a little prep work today- sure seems like September. Anyway, have conflicting advice on whether or not chicory can be frost-seeded.
Anyone know for sure or has done it?

I have not but the Tecomate info says you can in colder climates. Tecomate Chicory

I haven't tried it either but all that I read on the subject says you can.

Think I'll give it a try in both my alfalfa and clover this winter!

This is accurate, you can frost seed chicory. You may not get as good of a yield, but enough that I would consider successful. Hope this helps.
