After leaving my Matrix out during heavy snow, one of the support rods snapped. Completely my fault, but the replacement rod from Double Bull was free. I paid a few bucks shipping and i'm back in business for turkey season.

everything ive heard about their customer service is great. As if the blind itself wasn't worth it! Businesses like that will always get my money!

A Few Steps Ahead Of You
i bought a T-2 almost 8 years ago, and last year the hubs finally gave out.....
it is up there now getting looked at, and hopefully repared....i love my blind!!!!
i have heard the same thing, that they are tremendous to work with....im sure ill get the same treatment.
