Very unlikely. I just checked my rye mix plot on the cedar this morning and it is a dirt/mud plot.

Highly unlikely. Good news..... go plant more!!!!! Load it up at a heavy rate right on top when dry enough. It will have plenty time to grow.

I can tell you it didn't do my clover plot any favors. After 3 months it was just starting to make a partial recovery, and then round 2 hit it last week. Lots of mud and sand is what's left behind...
