Today marks the birthday of a hunting icon, the legendary, Fred Bear. Not only was he a passionate outdoorsman but a great role model for all of those who enjoy bow hunting.
Thank you Fred Bear for your dedication and love for this industry.

I recently took my son to the Pope and Young Museum in Chatfield, MN. Lots of Fred Bear history there. I highly recommend stopping by if you ever get a chance.

I bought a few Fred Bear sports club certificates that were signed by him on EBay along time ago and, along with some old Bear broadheads,make a nice display with all my other bowhunting stuff. I've been waiting about 3 or 4 years now for the Bear museum to open at Bass Pro in Springfield ,Missouri. I'm thinking they will never open it.
