A buddy of mine works for the Kansas Department of Wildlife and said that KS is going to be taking a hard look at parcels that have multiple Hunt-Own-Land applications per parcel.
Supposedly a landowner can add other people on his land title and these people are not officially landowners but they apply for landowner tags and they have been getting them and it has been a loophole for several years now.
I don't think the consequenses would be good if caught for the landowner and the other non-landowners who apply for "landowner licenses"! I think Kansas is in partnership with other midwest states and if caught it could affect their hunting rights in other states also.
It kills me the loopholes people are willing to go through to!
