Looking for the post of the towerstand that was being built to look like a log cabin. I rember seeing it in the past but can't find it again.

I know our local REC has a few dozen telephone poles that are free for the taking. Only trouble is you have to get them and transport them yourself. They won't help you. I'm not sure of the exact stand you are refering too but this is just one option.
 
I believe you are talking about BJohnsons post when he was building a blind. Go to his user page and look up threads started by BJohnson. It was fairly recent so it should be near the top. :way:
 
OK, The title of the thread was "tower blind questions" it was in the iowa whitetail conference section and the last post was on 7-10. If I didn't suck at doing links I would post the link. :grin:
 
Or this one would make you a nice humble ground blind. :D
