Just purchased a 606NT. It showed up with a Pintle Hitch for over the road towing. The Female Attachment doesn't look correct. I need to replace it but with what?

Here is a picture. And I was told to replace it with the 2nd picture. Is this correct? Thanks in advance. Here is a picture of the planter.
