I’m thinking about booking a trip to Minnesota to hunt bears. Anybody have any recommendations for guides they’ve used?

Not a bear hunter-however I used to own a farm in NW MN and stay at a hotel in Karlstad, MN
JP the owner of the hotel is a bear guide. Good success! This is near the Canadian border on giant tracts of public land. North Star Motor Inn if you google it.

I have been bear hunting in Minnesota once and I will go back. We went with October Ridge Resorts in Northhome Minnesota. Scott is the owner and believe me he puts a lot of work in for his clients. My brother and i went together both using bows. I shot one the first hour in the tree and my brother shot one the second night. Great walleye and perch fishing in the lake also. Good luck.
