Mountain Liion Sighting....read the comments

I did some digging and it seems that mountain lions, cougars, pumas, all the same account for an average of 1 death a year in all of us and canada. I did not do alot of searching or reading but I figured it would be a crazy low number of fatal attacks. Still people go crazy and think these cats are crazed vicious killers for some reason. Can't figure it out.

Not being knowledgable about the subject helps spread fear to a lot of people.
 
this isn't the first "UNCONFIRMED" report of a big cat in that area...wonder why the hell it's getting so much attention this time? Slow news day? :rolleyes:
