I actually took a shot at this buck opening day but it was a big air ball. I hunted hard for the next week and he finally came back in but it was too dark for a shot so I let him walk. The next day I went to the same stand and an hour before dark he came walkin in behind a doe. The doe walked over to a small buck that was already out in the hay field i was hunting over. This big guy walked up to the small buck and did a grunt and weeze and the small buck backed down and walked away. This guy turned and was quartering toward me at 30yds so i took the shot and he ran 150yds and died.
