Nephew gets buck as old as him!!!

Nephew earned this. 4th year of an outdoorsman. 1st buck or deer period.

(Yes, we discussed “big deer for youngster” but we really wanted anyone in family to get him!!) Fun seeing kids eat this sport up & getting hooked.

First chance in daylight we’ve spotted this deer. HE’S 10.5 YEARS OLD. known him for many years. He got bigger from 9 to 10 by 20”. Crazy!!! 20 yard shot.
This deer we called “Kickstand” & so crazy & fun to see a 10.5 year old even exist- let alone hunt. & get. Just a rare but fun thing! My nephew Jeb connects on a buck a bit older than him…. Proud of my man Jeb!

Congrats to Jeb on a great old warrior buck! Love the solo picture of Jeb with his buck, he kicked Kickstand's butt!
 
Wicked cool!!! I also don't think we should push our kids into targeting trophy bucks, but I'd much rather have them step out in front of my kids than in front of me. Great work Jeb!!!

I’m a lil over the hill but could be adopted pretty easily lol! All kidding aside glad this old warrior gave a kid a thrill and memories to last forever!
 
Wofta this is definitely a family affair raising kids that know how to get it done the right way! Congrats Jeb on an awesome buck!
 
Awesome buck and I bet well worth the 4-year wait.

I doubt i will ever have a chance at a 10yr old, that is truly awesome!
